Description: A duck-billed bronze axehead with an ovoid socket and tongue-shaped blade with two elliptical piercings extending to the socket. A chip to one end of the socket, a chip to the blade and a variegated green patina. Some blistering of the surface due to alteration but generally sound, probably Canaanite.
