VIEWING - We are a mail order business only and have no retail premises. We try to provide good quality multiple photographs for all items on the website, which can be enlarged through a zoom facility. However, potential buyers wishing to see other views of objects should let us know their requirements. We will then take additional photographs and email them to you. There may be a small delay between despatch of additional photographs and the original request due to processing.

BUYING - We sell on a first-come, first-served basis and you are welcome to email or telephone to ensure that your chosen item is available. On confirmation, payment should follow immediately, as we can reserve an item for only four days. We only have one of each item offered, unless otherwise stated. All orders will be acknowledged by email.  We reserve the right to decline orders that we believe are not made in good faith. The price shown includes all taxes (if applicable) and the only additional cost will be for postage as detailed below (see Delivery).

PAYMENT - Currently, you may pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal (not for items originating from Iran). We offer secure online credit/debit card payment through SagePay/Opayo. Customers wishing to pay by bank transfer should contact us for our account details. Customers wishing to pay by PayPal should use the ?Enquire button on item pages to request a PayPal invoice. Please note we do not accept payment by cheque.

DELIVERY - No item can be dispatched until full payment has been received. Postage and insurance are charged extra. A choice of postage options depending on parcel size, weight and value are offered at the Checkout:

2) Parcelforce (for oversize items and/or over 2 kg) - £9 extra

3) Courier (for items over £2500 in value) - £50 extra.

For most items the Special Delivery option will suffice.

We aim to send all orders within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. All items will be sent with online tracking and the buyer will be informed of the tracking number after despatch with the appropriate link for tracking their order. Exceptions will occur i) if an export licence is required (despatch will be after this has been issued but this can take up to 4 weeks), ii) due to unforeseen circumstances and force majeure. If there are any problems relating to dispatch or item availability, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and all reasonable steps will be taken, including a full refund where appropriate.

RETURNS - All items are supplied on fourteen days approval and may be returned for any reason during this time period, although returned goods must be received by us in the same condition as supplied (please contact us prior to despatch). The return postage should be by a tracked and signed for service and paid by the buyer. After the approval period has expired, items are considered sold. Of course, our return period on grounds of authenticity is not time-limited.
