Description: An unusual dark grey flint triangular pointed handaxe made from a large thick stone-struck flake with one face largely unworked.  A substantial area of cortex remaining on one side and some inoffensive recent edge chips but an attractive implement with a glossy mottled off-white, fawn and brown patina; locality of find unknown, although traces of a white ink inscription, now illegible.

Size: 114 mm/4.5 ins. in length
