Description: A honey-coloured alabaster kohl jar of squat high-shouldered form with a flat base and collared rim. Some wear to the rim and with a dull patina, otherwise condition good and a nice tactile example.

Size: 44 mm/1.7 ins. high and 46 mm/1.8 ins. in diameter

Culture: Egyptian

Date: Probably Late Period, c. 1st Millennium B.C., possibly earlier.

Provenance: Previously with a Devon antique dealer.
