Description: A tall cylindrical jar in honey-coloured alabaster with tapering body, flat base and out-turned rim. The alabaster banded and with lighter veins and a dark patina. Some small chips to the base, a tiny hole on the side infilled and a small chip on the opposite side, otherwise intact and in very good condition, an old hand-written collection number on the base.

Provenance: Previously in a United Kingdom private collection and acquired before 1985.
